Terms & Conditions
The agreement between you and Unlocked By Outflex when you place an order with us.
1. Who we are
Unlocked By Outflex is a reseller of genuine, factory-unlocked, global-spec smartphones and accessories. References to "we", "us", or "our" in these terms mean Unlocked By Outflex. References to "you" or "the customer" mean any person placing an order through our website or our messaging channels.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By placing an order, completing a checkout, or otherwise transacting with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not place an order.
3. Products
- All devices we sell are genuine and sourced from authorised channels. The brand of each device (Apple, Honor, Huawei, Oppo, Samsung, Vivo, etc.) remains the property of its respective owner; we are a third-party reseller and are not affiliated with these brands.
- Devices are global-spec unless explicitly stated otherwise — they support international LTE / 5G bands and the global version of the manufacturer's OS.
- Product images on the site are representative. Minor variation in finish or accessory contents may exist between marketing material and the shipped product.
- Manufacturer warranty (where applicable) follows the brand's international warranty terms. Activation, claims, and repairs are handled directly by the manufacturer's authorised service centres.
4. Pricing & currency
- All base prices are stored in US Dollars (USD). The site displays prices converted to your local currency for convenience, using a third-party FX rate refreshed periodically. The currency you are charged in at checkout is shown to you on the Stripe checkout page before you pay — this is the final, authoritative amount.
- Prices may change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the moment your payment is completed.
- Any payment-processor surcharges, foreign-transaction fees, or bank charges levied by your card issuer are your responsibility.
5. Orders & payment
- Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers.
- Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order — including for reasons of stock availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions to your destination.
- An order is confirmed only once you receive an email confirmation from us. If we decline your order, any payment captured will be refunded in full.
6. Ownership & risk
Title and risk of loss for the goods pass to you when the courier delivers the package to the address you provided. Until then, the goods remain at our risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including loss of data, loss of profit, or loss of use of the device.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, photography, logos, layouts, and code — is owned by Unlocked By Outflex or used under licence. You may not copy, redistribute, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Governing law & disputes
We will always try to resolve any concern with you directly first — please reach out to us and we'll make it right wherever we can. If a dispute cannot be resolved that way, it will be handled under applicable law in the appropriate court of competent jurisdiction.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the "Last updated" date shown at the top. Material changes do not retroactively affect orders placed before the change.
