The things every customer wants to know before buying a flagship phone from across the world.

Are these phones genuine?
Yes. Every device is brand-new, sealed, and sourced through authorised channels for its market. We verify each one before it leaves us — IMEI, packaging, and seal. If you have any doubt on arrival, message us within 72 hours with photos and we'll resolve it.
What does "Global Spec" mean?
Global-spec devices run the international firmware (Google Play Services where applicable, English-by-default UI, the manufacturer's worldwide warranty bands) and support the LTE and 5G bands used across most countries. They're not the China-only or region-locked versions you sometimes see online. If you have a specific country in mind, ask us — we'll confirm compatibility before you order.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
It depends on your region. For the EU and UK you have two shipping options — standard Express (duties payable by you on delivery) or our two-leg tracked route (we cover the duties). For everywhere else in the world, customs duties and clearance fees are paid by the customer at delivery — but we help by declaring values as conservatively as legitimately possible to keep the figure low. How long until my phone ships?
Within 1–5 business days of payment confirmation. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment we hand the package to the courier. If we miss the 5-business-day mark, you're entitled to a full refund on request — see our Refund Policy.
Will the phone work with my carrier?
Every device we sell is factory-unlocked and supports the major international LTE / 5G bands. For most carriers worldwide it works straight out of the box once you insert your SIM (or activate eSIM). If your carrier is unusual or uses uncommon bands, message us your model + carrier name on WhatsApp before ordering and we'll confirm compatibility.
What if my phone arrives faulty or damaged?
Reach out within 72 hours of delivery with photos or a short video. For a defective device out of the box, we'll arrange either a replacement (at our cost) or a full refund — your choice. For damage clearly caused in transit, we open a claim with the courier and replace or refund once the investigation concludes. Full terms on the Refund page.
Is there a warranty?
Devices carry the manufacturer's international warranty (typically 12 months). Claims and repairs are handled directly through the brand's authorised service centres, which exist in most major countries. If you need help locating one or have a warranty question we'll point you in the right direction over WhatsApp.
Can I change my mind and return the phone?
On a sealed, unopened device — yes, within 7 days of delivery. You cover the return shipping; we refund the purchase price minus a 5% restocking fee once we verify the seal is intact. We don't offer change-of-mind returns on opened devices, since we can't resell them as new.
