Shipping Policy

How we get your device to you, anywhere in the world.

Worldwide free shipping

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to. No minimum order value, no surprise carrier fees at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay us.

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in our operating region. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as the package is handed to the courier.

If we are unable to dispatch your order within 5 business days, you are entitled to a full refund — see our Refund Policy.

Couriers & tracking

We ship internationally via DHL Express, FedEx, Aramex, and other premium carriers depending on the destination. Every shipment is fully tracked door-to-door — you can follow it from the moment it leaves us right up to delivery.

For most destinations and for any order over USD $500, the courier will require a signature on delivery. This protects both of us and helps us claim against the courier if the package never arrives.

Customs duties & import taxes

The short version: Customs handling depends on where you live. In the EU and UK you have a choice: standard Express shipping (duties payable by you on delivery) or two-leg tracked shipping where we cover the duties. Everywhere else in the world, any customs duties or clearance fees are paid by the customer directly to the courier — but we help by declaring values as conservatively as legitimately possible.

Where it's helpful, we're also happy to discuss the declared customs value on your shipment to keep duty exposure as low as legitimately possible; just let us know before dispatch.

European Union & United Kingdom — two options

You can choose how your package is shipped into the EU or UK:

  1. Standard Express shipping (FedEx / DHL Express). Fast door-to-door delivery, typically 4–8 business days. Customs duties, VAT, and the courier's clearance fee are payable by you on delivery, directly to the courier. The courier will usually contact you for payment before the final delivery attempt, or collect at the door. This is the default option.
  2. Two-leg tracked shipping (duties covered). Your package ships first to our EU customs partner, clears in-region, then forwards to your address via local courier. Total transit time 7–10 business days. All duties, VAT, and clearance fees are covered by us — nothing extra is asked of you on delivery. Choose this if you'd rather know the total cost upfront.

Rest of world (US, Canada, Australia, GCC, Asia, Latin America, Africa, etc.)

For every other country, any customs duties, import VAT, GST, or courier clearance fees levied on delivery are the customer's responsibility and are payable directly to the courier or your local customs authority. We don't pre-pay or reimburse these charges.

What we do to keep them as low as possible:

If you'd like a rough estimate before placing your order, message us on WhatsApp with your country and the device you're considering, and we'll share what's typical from past customers.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or no one was available to receive it after multiple delivery attempts, we'll re-ship it on request — but any additional courier costs will be at your expense.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days after dispatch, or your package arrives visibly damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the courier event. We'll open a claim with the carrier and either re-ship a replacement or issue a full refund once the investigation concludes.
